Vibration only during startup/shutdown

I get a (something sounds really loose) vibration when the engine turns over...and when it turns off. engine bay area, thinking a mount.... but my mount feels fine when i'm actually shifting gears ( i have a STICK)

I would say mounts too.? Get under the hood and have your friend start it maybe a loose heat shield on the exhaust?

its on the passenger side...maybe a looose nut on the tranny mount

That's what it sounds like -- a tranny or motor mount.
