cabin filter air flow direction?

cabin filter air flow direction?

I just replaced the cabin filters in my '02 Accord, but didn't notice which way the air flow arrows were pointing when I pulled the old filters and holders out. Does the air flow go from left to right or right to left?

arrow on filter arrow on filter box match them up.
