Default Newbie?!?!?

Hello, my name is casey and I drive a 1989 Honda Accord. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, co that I can but a few performance upgrades. IE cold air intake and what not. Thanks.

You will have a hard time finding "mods" for your car

1989's a tad old school. You'll probably want to use whatever you would spend on mods for a newer car. Even the 4th gen is pretty versatile (1990-1993) but there isn't much of a market for anything older than that.

I agree you will have a hard time finding parts that are "specifically" made for your car, but a CAI is nothing more than an intake pipe that extends into the wheel well to draw slightly cooler air.

You can design one yourself. Just get mandrel bent piping (from JCWhitney or wherever) and connect it together with some rubber sleeves and clamps.

Or just save your money, cause it won't add much power if anything.
Good luck!
