Default Anyone w/ loose front driver seat?

When I step on the brakes...hard on a down hill slope, my seat slides forward (about 1cm or atleast thats what it feels like).

My 06 Accord's driver seat would shift ever so slightly from side to side when I made sharp turns/corners. This was apparently a common problem with Accords with power seats. The fix includes replacing the seat track IIRC. I haven't noticed it in the 07 yet.

My 2001 coupe does this from side to side (driver seat) when I make sharp turns.
Can you tell me which specific bolt to look for?
Is the bolt on the seat or the rail?

Thanks
