heater knob same as ac knob???

for 96-97 accord. my heater knob broke last yr and now at 100k the ac knob broke tonight.
can I use the heater knob for the ac? they look exactly the same and might fit.

the knobs r pretty cheap at the dealer. napa use to sell them in a pack of 2. not sure if they still do.

Napa? really? My car was missing the a/c fan knob from day one, and that annoying light sucks... I will try my local NAPA stores. I know several of the owners!
