I have a court case and I need to defend myself and my idea was is to say that most cars now are comming from teh factory like that. Just that it was in my honda instead

You have 10k HID's, don't know what to tell you. No car comes with 10k standard.

 

Its not going into detail I just need specs of cars that come factory with HID.

 

You will lose. You may be able to get it reduced to a fix-it-ticket if you show that you've changed it.

 

you wont win for 2 reasons.

- your kit is not DOT approved. (no kit is)
- youre using 10k bulbs

cars with stock HIDs use HID projectors or HID reflectors with 4300 bulbs... (and in some cases 5000)

 

I just realized it's only a $60 fine, just pay that shit.

 

If you try to fight it, it will only be worse for you. Just pay and let it go. Get you headlight retrofitted with projectors and you wont get in so much shit

 

It's not the projector part he should be worried, it's the fact he has 10k HID's.

Dude, why are you so surprised? You think if you went to an inspection station that you would pass with those? You're lucky it's only $60, just pay it. I woulda gave you a ticket for $120 just because you're using 10K bulbs. You can barely see at night with those. h:
