Default 19" rim and tire questions.

I am thinking 19" rims is the next step for me... I have always thought bout it but I got good prices on 19's I just need to know what types of tire to get. I see yokahama ,nitto,bf goodrich,falken... Anyone else have any suggestions on which to get... 225/35ZR-19 is that a good size to go with... 19X7.5 is the rim size.. I have a 2000 honda accord coupe 4cyl.. Also I have a eibach pro kit, will that make it look low enough for now? I have 17's now..too small for a 6th gen in my opinion..any help is appreciated thanks

225/40/19 wont fit on a 6th gen. The wheel base is too small for a 40 series tire. Go with 35, and hope that you dont hit a pot hole.

you just can't put any tire on a rim...you need to calculate the best new size using your stock tires. rubbing will depend on offsets, so with a 7.5" width, you'll need at least a +45mm offset...50ish would be better is you wanted to run 235s,

35-series profile on a 225 or (God forbid) a 215 width is extremely low profile. Sacrafice a little in style (and you may actually handle better than you would with 19's) and buy 18" wheels.

i got 225/35/19 toyo on my 5th gen. I've hit plenty of potholes here in Mass, so you'll be fine.
