Ok, what you need to do is check EVERY ground in the car that you can find. It's a streach, but this does have some symptoms of a bad ground.

it sounds like you have a shorted wire somewhere in the harness... try replacing the fuses for the hell of it, if that doesnt work, start looking for pinched or damaged wires.
