Default 94 Honda Accord Air Conditioning

Hey,
My 94 honda accord's A/C doesnt work at all. when you hit the swtich you dont even hear anything happening. THe compressor just doesnt run.

Today when i was checking my engine coolant i pulled out the resevor tank to clean it and looked underneath it to see my A/C Reciever Dryer. The steel tubing line appears to be broken out of it or just slipped out of it. I know nothing about A/C but im assuming if its completely loosing pressure then that would be the culprit.
I recharged my A/C system with 134a before i noticed that problem. I've never heard or noticed anything like 134a spraying out of that tube so the coolant must be stored somewhere.

Has anyone ever had this problem? Where the tubing line comes completely disconnected from the reciever dryer. Is this hard to fix? and if i do, would this be a serious reason for the A/C compressor to not run ever?

Thanks

can you post a pic? if any of the metel lines are broken then the freon has leaked out and your going to have to fix the leak and replace the reciever-dryer since the system has been open to air for extended period of time.

the reciever-dryer takes the moisture out of the system if they are exposed to open air for a extended period stop working. the system will still work just can cause the system to have problems down the road...
