Well, after getting ridiculous quotes to paint my skirts I opt'd to do it myself.

I've been doing this as a side thing and so far I've painted my friends engine cover




I then painted my rear trunk lid lip which came out great! ( ill get pics of that soon,...)

So last night I started to paint the rear lip, not realizing I was going to run out of paint so I used what I could and still need to get more paint but so far this is what it looks like.

the only thing is you have to wait like a 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to receive the paints since its made per order.
Excellent color matching and they use PPG paint which I hear is one of the best autopaints out there.
Customer service is great too, they'll offer tips on how to paint and how to prep the area for good ventilation etc......

I dont know much about painting cars .. I know if its plastic you have to sand like a mofo and use an adhesive of some kind or your paint will peal off.

I'm still trying to figure out how to paint my damn hood.
