Default need help!!!!

ok i have a 92 honda accord. and it wont start. i know that the piston rings are going, are shot. becouse i have oil on my spark plugs. i changed the ignition coil and no luck. new plugs. any idea.

If you are burning shitloads of oil, your plugs have probably fouled.

Are you sure it's the rings that are allowing oil into the combustion chamber?
Have you ruled out the valve stem seals?

no im not forsure. how do i check the value stems? whould that not let it start? i really dont know what to do at this point

ok ive been looking around here and see a lot about a leak down test. what is that? what do i need to do this? thanks
