Default Integra Type R Transmission

I have a 1994 Accord EX. How much better would an Integra Type-R transmission be in my car? What would it do for me?

uhm first off the itr wont fit your f series motor. it will only fit other b series and im not exactly sure if the d series will bolt up to it but ive been told it does.

and whatever u do do not ask if its good idea to swap in a itr motor so u can use the itr tranny.

The H22A4 5-speed gearbox MIGHT (but don't quote me on this) link up to the F22/F23. Someone would have to clarify that for me, it's the only possible gearbox that might fit in the OEM Honda lineup.
