Default front/rear valance and side skirts

These things need some TLC man, they are all scuffed up, dull looking. I have a 94 Accord LX so they are a dull black, now that I got my ex alloys painted and on, the dull plastic pieces stand out more now. Should I paint them black or bodycolor? Is it necessary to use Bulldog adhesive promoter or will I be fine if I sand them down alot and primer them?

just a few bolts underneath, no big deal at all, very easy as a matter of fact, get under your car and check it out, you'll be suprised at how easy it is.

its all good bro, I don't need instructions on how to do it, it's very simple. I was just wondering if I would be ok just using primer or if the adhesive promoter was needed.
