Default 2002 Honda Accord whining sound

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me on my issues here. I have a 2002 Honda Accord EX V6. It has 52,000 miles on it. I have 2 issues. When the car is just idling I hear a whining sound coming from the right side (passenger side) somewhere were the belts are located. If I step on the gas alittle then the whining sound goes away. I'm thinking it might be the belts or something but not sure. My second problem is when I'm driving the car at 70 MPH I hear the sound again inside the car, but only at 70. If I drive slower or faster then 70 then the whining sound goes away. If anyone has any ideas what this can be or has had the same issue before please let me know.

Thank you in advance!!!
