Default Coolant Leak...help

my gf's car over heated the other day. checked it out, it leaked from the return line (bottom right hand corner hose near the tranny)? and for some strange reason, its leaking coolant from the tranny ? i've never heard or seen this happen until i worked on her car.

so i replaced the rad, let the car run, leak from the hose was gone...but the leak from the tranny is still going - steady drip. it's leaking from a bolt, so i tightened it alittle bit. After i tightened the bolt it started leak to like crazy on the other side - in between the back of tranny towards the cat and lower rear bar. i havent jacked up the car to find out where the leak is cominig from, could this be a heater hose? going crazy with these leaks - keeping in mind, i also have the same accord with the same problem, any help or suggestions please, its driving me crazy!

In all honesty, in her car, i dont think she has, but i'll have to check. Same goes for my car. Ya, my buddy said the same thing, could be the water pump. "If" the water was changed, could be bad already or could it be something else?

Well being that were gonna have to buy a new water pump, we might as well change the timing belt because i bet she hasnt changed that either. From what i know(not much hahaha), i just need these right?:

Timing Belt
Balance Shaft Belt
Balance Shaft Tensioner
Timing Belt Tensioner
Water Pump

and not all this(all this from the dealer - not even including the tensioner)?

TIMING BELT
BALANCE BELT
BAL SHAFT SEAL
BALANCE SHAFT SEAL RETAINER
OIL DRIVE GEAR SEAL
FRONT MAIN (CRANK) SEAL
CAM SEAL
VALVE COVER GASKET
X4 SPARK PLUG TUBE SEALS
WATER PUMP

which do i get?
