Default Sun Roof?

I have an 00 accord and the past couple of years have been fine no problems, but for the last couple of weeks i have been having problems with the Sun Roof. I will open like an inch then it will Jam. I put WD-40 but that didnt seem to work, i didnt buy the car from the dealership i saw it in the classifieds and the guy who sold it to me said the warrenty would end in 2006, so i dont want to go and spend money on fixing it for it seems as if it would be easy to fix. If anyone knows how to fix this problem please HELP?

Thanks

WD-40 is good to "loosen" up things, although things like pb blaster and liquid wrench are better IMO. Anyway WD-40 isn't a lubricant and disappears after a while, you need lubricant grease and apply it to the moving parts.

I herd a lot of the motors Die out. do you hear it trying to pull it open? - yeah try some grease from Pepboys or WD40. I have the same ride and thankfully mine is fine lol

Worse comes to worst Try ebay and make sure it doesnt jam while its still open because its rainy season now :0

Make sure all the screws on the sunroof track are tight and not loose or anything. I had that exact problem when my sunroof wouldn't close all the way. I checked the screws and one was loose. I tightened it and all was fine
