if you are in a hurry and not want to wait for DEI two way pager alarm, u can go for Compustar which is the best two way paper alarm on the market. take a look into that and in case you buy it make sure it is the longest ranged one. nowadays, cars are equiped with ignition kill that will stop car starting unless it's a professional thief who knows how to bypass in 30 mins. imo, you don't need clifford AG4, cuz it's too expensive for alarm itself w/o installation and so on. and you have to know, alarm is only as good as installation. you can buy an alpine and have it professionally installed which will be just as good as clifford if not better. as for professional install, i mean everything is well hidden, all wires are black taped and so on. well you get the idea. another reason i said not to buy AG4 cuz AG5 will be out shortly and will be made by DEI. remember Clifford is outta business now, i mean it is GONE. i don't think that you want to buy to buy an alarm which has a valid warranty but the company does not exist anymore.
btw, i don't think DEI will warrant any Clifford made alarms even though clifford is owned by DEI. u need to check that out

Right now my car isn't even drivable. So i dont really need to worry about them stealing anything. It's on blocks with no motor But i wouldn't say that they are people i hang out with all the time but i have talked to them quite some times about the cars they steal. No matter what viper will be coming out i would never even think twice about buying a viper alarm product. Trust me, they suck!

umm... where did u hear that from? Clifford is still here, theyre just owned by DEI. There are still over 5000 certified Clifford installers taht can service clifford alarm, which carry a lifetime warranty when installed by a Clifford auth. installer.

just dont buy the "matrix" series alarms. theyre basically vipers with clifford alarms, and dont use any of the "G4" features
