I was just wondering if anyone knows how the 6th gen accord would look with only the side skirts? I personally would imagine that it'd look goofy, but I remember a post where someone said it looks fine that way.

The only reason im asking is cuz I have a '01 accord in which most lip kids require 98-00 bumpers.

i personally think it depends how low ur car is... i wouldnt keep that setup forever, tho. just temporary to save some money, maybe i would. i saw an integra slammed, with sides and back and it looked good actually, his car was new at the time, and had his car always clean, thus, the color on his car was in good condition. the reason, for the drop is sometimes when u slam a car enuff, it makes the front look like it almost has like a body kit on it. but u need the sides and back, NOT just the sides. i dont think having just the sides would pass on an accord, but than again, u have the 01-02 model which has a small attachment on it in the back, but the integra i saw was a newer one, with that similar small lip on the back, it looked ok slammed, but when he got the WW sides and back the slammed looked better, altered the look alot. i wouldnt get just the sides. screw it, just get the whole kit, on a 6th generation accord, its just half @ssing it. the only thing u could do, is get just the front lip, cuz u have those small attachments on the side and back for the 2001-2002 models.

 

What side skirts? the OEM ones would look alright. Most everything else would look weird except for modest stuff like the wings west.

honestly i havent seen any car that looked good with part of a kit on it. the lines of a car are just that the lines of a car. i hate seeing lip kits in the front making it look nice and low then when you walk towards the sides theres no skirts or rear bumper. the OEM side skirts you might be able to get away with but after market ones will look odd.. so save up and get the kit one time since its cheaper and looks alot better

thats my plan if i keep the accord (the one pictured above): put on the w-type when I have time and then keep the stock sides.
