Default Oil Leaking Everywhere!!!!

I managed to crack the oil pan on the 99 Accord V6(lowered). Im considering changing it myself but wasnt sure if it is a DIY thing or not. The dealer workbook says that it will take 3 hours. I think you have to remove the "A" pipe in order to remove the oil pan. Im a pretty decent DIY person so is this something I would be able to do myself without a lift. Because the dealer and personal mechanice both want a lot of money for labor and the pan only cost 80 bucks.

Any recommendations or info?????

I would assume any decent job can be done on a couple of pairs of good quality/stirdy jack stands. Personally i've never had to replace one but then again I only like to work on my car myself unless I don't have the tools.

EDIT: This happened a few months ago and some of the guys who know a decent amount told you what to do already..........why haven't you fixed it yet? :eh:

This happened a couple months ago but I thought I could get by just patching it up. Apparently that wasnt the smartest thing to do cause its coming back to bite me. Hopefully my mechanic will replace it the right way. Im thinking maybe I should have taken it to the dealer if the prices between the two werent that much different.

It's not a terribly difficult thing to do.

The whole reason of this post was to find out how difficult of a job it was going to be. I didnt want to start it and realize that I wasnt going to be able to finish it but now that I know its not too difficult then I may just make an attempt at it. Thanks for the help.
