Default Getting Robbed?

My Car Is Lowered And It Appears That I Have Damaged My "a" Pipe And Cracked My Oil Pan. I Took The Car To Honda Dealer To Check It Out And They Are Trying To Charge Me 1100 To Change The Pan And Pipe. I Think This Price Is A But Much. How Much Would I Be Looking At If I Took It To A Local Mechanic.

Also, The Car Is 99 Accord Ex V6 So I Would Have To Remove The A Pipe Anyway To Change The Oil Pan. Is That Correct???

Any Help Or Input Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

Wait.....I have an idea.

Take it to a local mechanic and get a quote, then you'll have a pretty god idea of wht a local mechanic will charge.

a. dont use ALL CAPS!!!

b. some/most dealerships do overcharge.

c. go somewhere else, and get an estimate (another dealer, or independent shop)
