Default just got my accord sold and BAM electrical problem!

Well i just sold my accord and i thought ehh i'll go wash my car for the guy. and i start it up and i see my gauge cluster lights not on. none of the numbers are lit up and lights above the cluster are off too but the gear lights are on. and then i get to the car wash and i realize my brake lights are out too. now when i hit the break they are on but not when i let go. this just happend tonight and i got to get it fixed tommorrow morning being that the guy is coming to pick up the car, so i figure either a relay is bad or a fuse and the two are tied in together some how making the two not work.can anyone tell me which it would be before i check it out tommorrow?

"small light" fuse under the hood - disconnect the negative terminal on the battery first.

Exact same thing happened to me.
