Do you think it is possible to install something like this on top of my Viper Remote start system? As for me, I have locked my keys in my car one to many times and I hate waiting for AAA to show up.

Is this a DIY job?

No. Just get a second key cut to open the door so if you have to you can open the door.

 

I agree....It's not worth it plus I wouldn't trust that thing. I carry a back up key in my wallet just incase.

 

how do you lock your keys in with keyless entry?

 

Viper alarms have either passive or active arming. He must have it set to automatically arm after 30 seconds.

 

theres a unit called taplock you enter your code by tapping on your winshield the door will unlock your alarm will still go off but if you locked your keys inside just use your remote to turm the alarm off.
