Default OBD-II Scan Tool Suggestion

Can anybody here recommend or post experiences about a good OBD-II Scan Tool that can be connected to Notebook? E.g. this one? http://www.obd2allinone.com

I need smth that will be able to display multiple codes, state of monitoring tests, and plot O2 graphs.

Thanks!

he was looking for a interface unit that connects to the computer, that one in the link seem good for $99 and can do basic reading and reset the light. and provide some live data , most do fall short when doing more indeph like the snap-on unit it does basic trouble shooting but cannot read, reset SRS,SBS,BCM systems the more expensive ones like the Mastertech can but still lack immobilizer access.
