You may have to drill new holes to hold the new speaker in but it should fit. I was able to fit a kenwood, 7X10 into my '94 accord. I had it mounted from beneath the orignal location due to extra height and to make it look stock.

PS. I am guessing that we are both talking about rear speakers?

7X10, last I checked that's not a speaker size.

The stock accomodation is 6.5.

1995 LX sedan or coupe- you have 6.5 front and rear .

1996 are 6x9 rear and 6.5 front.

and for the original thread. 6.9 will fit but depending on the speaker you buy, u might have to do very little adjustment to make it fit.

Some had 5" in rear
Most had 6.5 in rear
EX's had 6x9 in rear

If you want to be sure then go open the trunk and look up under the rear deck. 6x9 is oval, 6.5 and 5" is round like a circle
