Coupe and Sedan mirrors interchangeable?

My wife's '01 EXV6 sedan needs a replacement passenger side mirror. Can I use an OEM mirror from a EXV6 coupe or are they entirely different parts with different part numbers, etc.? Thanks.

I would call the dealer to make shure.I think thy are different.
