Have 1991 EXR and cigarette lighter no longer works. Checked fuse panel under dash however no listing on cover for cigarette lighter fuse. All fuses look good. No listing on fuse panel under hood! Anyone know location of fuse or possible solution/

 

Lock for the acc. socket fuse.If it is fine see if you have 12volts to one wire with the key in the acc. position.Its a simple 2 wire one hot one ground.
