Im going to hard wire my garmin using a cig lighter adapter but the wire isnt long enough to go around my dash and along the left side. I was thinking of fishing it through the dash in between the windshield and the end of the dash.
Right around where the a/c vents are for the windshield. Is there a simple way of doing this? Is it as simple as just reaching your arm up through the bottom of the dash?

 

There is enough room on the driver side to feel around for the wire and on the passenger side you can remove the glovebox for a bit more room......
If you need to use a coat hanger with the wire attached to it.......
Also the air vents on the dash on the left and right side...can be removed if you want to fish wires through there.......you just pull up on them
