Default 105K mi. first problem I've had 2000 honda V6

Lately my car has been stalling out after it sits for a while. I took it in for a tune up but the repairman thought it may be due to low oil reading. I did an oil change and the car ran OK for 2 weeks. Now, the problem is back. Also my engine light has just come on . My gas cap is tight. I went to a higher octane gas. I am thinking of changing my spark plugs. They look a little strange on the VTEC engine.

get the code read on the CEL.

My guess? I think it's a severely jammed EGR valve ... could be just about anything though.

EGR, seafoam and change spark plugs. do a search. and stop wasting your money on the high octane gas.
