Default 97 Accord - VIBRATION AND HIGH IDLE

Hey all,
Whenever my Accord (5spd) hits 1800 - 2000 RPMs while driving it vibrates through the floorboard, even sometimes vibrating so hard that a tinny noise is also made (from the exhaust?). The vibration doesn't go through the steering wheel or anything, and it is still present when in neutral, but not as noticeable. Any ideas as to waht it could be? Also, recently my car has been idling at about 2000RPMs right after ignition at neutral, and then goes back to normal after about 5 minutes of driving - what could be the cause of this?

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

exhaust leak? u mean neutral as in the car is stopped completely and in neutral? i have an automatic im not familiar with honda manuals yet i can drive a manual. just never drove a honda one. u could have an exhaust problem or possibly a clutch problem. drivetrain issues would go away for the most part in neutral. axles, wheel bearings r movement oriented. stuck throwout bearing not releasing the clutch completely. check the exhuast completely from the exhaust manifold to the tail pipe. u could have lost an exhaust hanger and the exhaust is hitting the underside of the car. a heat shield could be bad.
