Default Rear motor mount - 92' Accord

I have a 92’ accord (auto) with a rough idle in gear. Also, when cruising slow and letting off the throttle, the car shifts into the next gear with a slight jerk or klunk.

I think the rear motor mount is shot.

I placed the car in drive with the e-brake set. I revved the motor while watching the rear mount move up and down vertically. The mount moves about 1 inch. I heard that they should move only about a 1/4 inch. Can anyone confirm that this is a bad mount?

Thanks,
Matt

What's a dry rev? The klunk/jerk is most noticable when there is large change in RPM. If I feather the throttle, it will not jerk or klunk.

Thanks,
Matt
