Default bigger rotors?

I want to get better braking and want to install larger rotors. I noticed that the v6 version of my car has 11.1 inch rotors instead of the 10.2" for mine. Does anyone know if the caliper bolts and hat will line up if I put on the v6 kit? Or does anyone know of an adapter? I have searched and searched. A "big brake" kit is about $400. I doubt the v6 model is that different than mine. I have a 95 accord dx.
Thanks!
Anyone have good experience with good cold stopping pads. I have heard that hawks are horrible and ebc are great cold. Anyone use PFC carbons?

i dont think they will fit, i bought a powerslot big brake kit. Its a night and day difference on braking. Theres two versions: Aregular sized rotor with slots in them, or the bigger one. They say it decreases your stopping distance by 33%, and it feels like it. I heard the regular(oem sized) rotors work really well too. I also picked up a set of greenstuff high performance brake pads.

just get better pads. why do you want bigger brakes? are you going to track the car? bigger brakes will not make you stop faster, they will make you consistently stop the same by resisting fade.

new pads, fluid, oem size blank rotors, and sticky tires should give you more than enough braking for regular street driving.

I forgot that i posted a review after i installed them on here. The link to it is https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=234684

got the picture from the other thread i started. The slots are kinda hard to see, but in real life they are more visable and distinct. The v6 accords have 11" rotors, the big brake kit i have are 13".

A larger surface area (bigger rotors & pads) means that you have more gripping area. This will result in a quicker stop. A better pad will only do so much. Since this isn't for the track, there is not much pad difference when it comes to cold pads. I have sticky tires and new pads but, my much larger wheels, due to the extended rotational mass, causes the car to stop 5 feet further!
SKAbone69, thanks for the heads up. My car isn't listed as compatible but, I will read the post several time and see if I can figure something out. Probably not yet worth a shot.

the V6 rotors are the same as the wagen they will not bolt on unless you replace the whole knuckle assembly then it will bolt on . but if you going that for might as well get 98-99 3.2 CL knuckles as they have screw on rotors instead of hub over rotor design.
