Default where to get started on my project?

I have like no cash and no job but hopefully i'll get one soon, even though i have a ton of school work all the time -yo being on the six year plan ain't easy- any way i kind of know what i want to do to my car and i'm in no rush obviously. my car is stock except for a universal exhaust that i put on myself, which is soon to get replaced for OEM muffler, cause there is always black **** on my bumper and little specs on the whole trunk- my car is low 1qt at every oil change maybe a little more but i try to stay on top of it i know that its burning rich i was putting in 93 octane then i stared putting in 89. The car is from the original owner but the engine wasn't takin care of and my friend was like yo she was probably putting in 87 octane. I bought the car in February of 2001 and so many times i've thought to sell it but i like it eventhough i've had transmission work done plus EGR valve and other $h:t. So basically first i'm gonna do all suspension work i mean to the exteme but where do i get started with a low budget -upper strut tower bars?, then i was thinking to get rims or H22A swap after susp work then I'd have to chill for a while cause thats goona cost a lot then its all body work, then maybe do engine work but it would be eaiser to build an engine before i put it in.
So any suggestions on where to get stared would be great.
thanks in adavnce

Suggestion List:
1. Lower car with real coilovers (Tein, A'Pexi, etc..)
1b. Lower with good reputable name brand springs and shocks if can't afford real coilovers

2. get some rims (size depends on what you are looking for out of your car)

3. Misc suspension (sway bars, strut bars, bushings, etc..)

after you get that done, then decide if you want all show and no go or all go and no show or whatever and go from there.

hope that helps!

bro, first, what car u got?? HA and what gen?
u said u got a universal Exhaust???? u mean the Tips?? or the Muffler? or actual Exhaust system?? and u Put it on yourself???? no welding no nothing? please make that clear.

anyways, yea. good choice, suspension first then whatever from there.

choices:

1. Real Coilovers like Metpage said - Tein, Apexi, etc
2. GC coil + Tokicco Illuminas, that's what I have, Wonderful so far. Koni Yellows shocks or whatever in the same rank, etc.
3. Decent Spring & shocks, Eibach, KYB, Koni or whatever
4. AIR BAG or AIR CYLINDER or Hydraulic, j/k i don't think u would go that far. hihihi.

well for starters. if you're putting anything over 87 octane fuel in your accord you're wasting your money. could be part of the reason you're running a bit rich. like poohboi said, what year do you have? that makes it easier to tell you what exactly you can and can't do.

Default specifics

I'm sorry I was not specific I have ADD and i was just in a hurry to write what i wanted to say before i forgot it
its a 1991 2door EX 5speed
the muffler is ghetto and i'm getting an original honda one put on this weekend or next by a professional but maybe i might get help from my friend if i get it from Honda but the bolts are rusted and worn down so i think even torching them to get them off would be a waste. BUT my boy thinks he can do it .
What I bought the APC(i believe) muffler whick has DTM tips for like $95 from ATV on longisland which is now called Rayco any way what I did was get 2 3in muffler clamps and then clamped them on to the the tips where the tips meet the muffler so you can't see them because the tips point up which is why the black $h:t is all over the bumper, ok so there's a clamp on both tips and then i got muffler hangers so lets say they look like a j but with right angles so lets say a tall j so its like a u shape and one side is longer so that side is then bolted to the original rubber hangers
I will take a picture of this before it gets changed because i know its not clear http://www.angelfire.com/extreme3/accord/muffler.html click link
