Default Help identifying pulley

This might be a dumb question, but here it goes..

Is this the crank pulley? Is it also called a harmonic balancer?
I need to replace mine (don't ask why!) and I don't wanna sound like a dumbass when it comes to asking for it!

Thanks

what needs to be replaced?? the pulley or the harmonic balancer??

the harmonic balancer is 2 shafts that are inside the engine that turn at twice engine speed and in the oppisite direction... these "cancel" out a lot of engine vibrations to make the engine smoother, especially at idle.

what you pictured in red is the crank pulley... but the part that drives the timming belt and harmonic balancer belt...

Thanks for the quick answer, guys!
I kinda figured it was the crank pulley, but sometimes the Haynes manual is confusing.

This is off topic, but, anybody know how to set the timing correctly on a 92 accord? I kinda figured it out, but the motor still idles funny. It drops from 1,500rpms down to 1,000, then to 500--and back up. What is a TDC?

Thanks
