Default cylinder not hitting

I've got a 93 ex accord, looking at the motor from the front of the car, the cylinder on the left is not hitting. We've got compression, we've got fire, valves are fine, checked injector power but not voltage, if somebody knows what the voltage is supposed to be, I would appreciate it. Also is a 92 and 93 same OBD, if so, I was thinking of changing resistor boxes. please help, I seem to have no luck with the search.

12v to the injector You can also hold the injector and feel if it clicking.A resistor box could do that.Check for an open wire first.
