Default Passenger Rear Window Stuck

My passenger rear window is fully rolled up and does not respond to either the front driver control or the passenger rear control. There is no noise at all when the switch is pressed.

Is there a fuse for just that window only? How do I check for electrical issues such as continuity? I'd like to eliminate other possibilities before swapping out the regulator.

What year?Regardless their are usually 2 wires running to the window motor. The switches reverse polarity and the motor runs in reverse. So in the up position one wire should have 12v.In the down position the other wire will have 12v.Let me know what you find ,we will get the rite wire diagram and go from there.

If you need help taking off the door panel let me know.

It's a 1996 Accord EX, 4DR, 4-Cyl. I took off the door panel to verify that the connector was snug and intact. Do you know of a good source to apply 12V to it to see if it actually does work?

There are fuses for the windows. Either in the fuse box on the driver side or under the hood.
