Default Brake Swap Question

I have a 93 Accord EX (CB7), and as CB7 owners would know the front brake rotor removal involves pressing out the wheel bearing to get the outer plate off. That's unlike my ITR or any of the civics i've owned which use retaining screws to hold the rotor on. So my question is could i swap a front brake package from maybe a newer Accord or Prelude that uses those retaining screws instead of the CB7's plates pressed on the bearing? Any help or insight is much appreciated.

if your just looking to get rid of the hub over rotor setup just get hubs & rotors off a 98-99 CL 2.3l and be done with it.
