Default my car sounds like shit

i blew a gasket in my aftermarket 4-2-1 header set. the gasket is between 4 and 2. i took it to a shop and they said i need the gasket from the company, im wondering if i do that it might just blow again. anyone know any highperformance gaskets that i could order online? keep in mind it is between the 4 and 2 so it'd have to have 2holes in it, with 3 for screws. any help is appreciated, im frustrated enough to just replace the headers if i have to but that just doesnt make any sense.

Can't you just use an OEM gasket and cut/drill new holes for the studs if need be?

I think a new gasket from your header supplier is likely the next best option.

Else call Summit racing, you can actually make your own gaskets if you have the time and effort to put forth.

That's not the same. When I would help friends restore cars (pre-1920) we had to make all our own gaskets. Header gasket material is available in sheets. If you have metal forming tools you can make some very nice gaskets from brass alloys.
