first year bugs?
i will be in the market for a new car this upcoming summer, and i havent decided yet (probably because we havent seen any pictures) but i dont know if i want to purchase a 2007 accord coupe, or wait until 2008 and see the redesign
one reason i might gobble up a 2007 is because i have always heard of people saying that when the first year of a redesign model comes out there are often problems relating to new features or design, and they usually work the "bugs" out for the following model year.
i am just curious, because oddly enough we have owned 4 accords without a hitch, the two most recent being a 2001 EX sedan, and now a 2004 EX sedan, both of which are NOT premier year cars (not a 98 6th gen or a 2003 7th gen)
think its a wise choice? have many of the permier models for a new generation of accord been know to have problems? when about will we see some accurate pictures of a 2008 model?
thanks for all of your help

For any make of car, it may not be a bad idea to skip the initial model year or at the least a person could wait for six months or so and see what the JD Powers evaluations will show. Although often the new Honda model is better -- like going from the 93 2.2 Accord engine to the 94.
