I have a problem with my 95 honda accord EX V6...some how my speed cluster went out the other day and it stays at 20 MPH and works when it wanna works...so i check the vehicle speed sensor with a voltmeter and it didn't read anything (stays at 0), even when i tried turning the wheel. So I plugged the sensor back in and now my windows aren't working, my transmission gear is stuck I have to put my key in that shiftlock keyhole to put it into drive, Clock doesnt work, none of the warning lights (Engine Check, Seatbelt, Gas, Brake) or gauges on the cluster isnt working and all the fuses are fine. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or help me?

 

Definitely sounds like somethings jacked up. I'll I can think of is the typical stuff; check your fuses, both under the dash and in the engine compartment (left hand corner). Then check for loose connections/wires. If you have no blown fuses or loose connections then you might have a short somewhere.
