Default 1994 accord blinker trouble

My blinker is very rapid like a bulb is out but all lights work. this is on both the left and right. could it be a relay or what?

you need to add blinker fluid.






















jk...Do you have the correct bulbs in there? If the bulbs are a lower wattage, i.e. LED's, they can cause the bulbs to blink more rapidly than normal.

Make sure you're getting a solid connection. You can also go to radioshack and get some electrical contact cleaner, the metal surfaces may be corroded.
