Default Gauges/Needles

So I was installing glow gauges in my 6th generation sedan: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...2899502&rd=1,1

Although they claimed that you didn't need to remove the needles to install them they were impossible to get over the needles, so I removed them. Now my speedometer and rpm gauges don't work...does anyone know how to fix them?

Also I need to hook up the gauges to a power source but I'm not sure where to find it. The instructions said to wire them to the parking light power source but I didn't know where to look.

make sure the gauges are sitting flat... and check all the connections.

You can't fix the needles. You need a whole new gauge cluster. The glow gauges do fit over the needles, I've done it myself. It's not that hard. You just need patience and a steady hand. The best way to find a correct power source is to use an ohmmeter and start testing the wires going into the fuse panel.

Buy a 01-02 Coupe gauge pod and skip the tacky indiglos. You'll need a new gauge pod anyway, you messed yours up. Take the circuit board/odometer assembly out and put it in the new one so you'll keep your mileage the same
