$10,000? Holy hell.

J32A2/6speed swap is the sweetest of them all by far.

$10,000????? Is your car truly worth $10,000 right now? I have an 00 DX manual and it's definately not worth $10,000 so you're going to put more money into your car than it's currently worth? Not a good financial move in my mind. Cut your losses and buy another car.

for a v6, you should just buy a jackson racing supercharger. I would guess to say it would be about 2-3k

With 10k, boost would be very necessary.

be honest, i would save the 10k you have, sell the accord and get a new car. i checked the kelly's book, 00 accord ex 4 door is worth less than 10k.
