Default Reprogram ECU - Accord 95 LX

Does that work? Any recommendation for race chip? I heard they were the cheapest way to get a couple horsepower. I also wanna remove the speed governer and that look like it does it. But that looks way too cheap to be true.

you do not need to mess with the ecu with a stock engine. even with bolt on's you dont need it. only if you are boosting or building the internals for a NA setup do you even need to consider tuning the ecu. and preburned generic chips are the worst way of doing it.
