none, your car will still be slow. Just noisier. Save it for a better motor, forced induction or a different car.

You're going to get far more speed by stripping out your interior than spending $1000 on bolt ons to get, maybe, 10WHP. But if you want to spend that kind of change on an F22, go for it. My advice is to save for something with more potential. Your engine has very little N/A without serious work.

H22 or H23 will be your best bet, but only if you want to stick to NA tuning. Keep in mind your car won't be a rocket with an H-series motor in it, but it'll be significantly faster and is much more suited to bolt on upgrades. It's the whole 'no replacement for displacement' thing. They have ~200 crank HP from the factory. But a built F-Series motor with a well tuned turbocharger on it will get you more than enough speed if you want to go that route.

I don't want to discourage you from modifying your car, but if you lay down a grand on simple bolt ons like most ricers do I don't think you'll be pleased with the results when you could have put that money towards forced induction, a better motor or a better car.

I'm sure there are plenty of posts in this forum and the Hybrid forum for you to look at for more info.
