My 94 Accord EX recently started having the up & down idle problem while it's in park or neutral. When it's in gear it idles really high. I cleaned the IACV, checked the FITV, cleaned out the EGR ports, and checked all of the hoses and everything seems ok. The only thing I noticed was a small leak from one of the fuel injectors. Could this be causing the idle problem since everything else seems to check out ok? It also seems to make a slight whistling noise when the throttle is applied.

I just picked up 4 new fuel injector seal kits from NAPA so hopefully that will solve it.

If that will not help, the next culprit may be the idle air valve.
