go to a honda dealer and ask for a light bulb for the a/c and one for the radio then install them...you'll be fine.

Very common issue with the 03-04s and the problem was not with the bulb. Honda has replaced quite a few of these under goodwill, so check with your local dealership first and if you don't get results, call HOA. The shop will replace your entire headunit (but will reuse the face plate) and as far as I know, this is the only solution to the problem. If you're stuck having to foot the bill, either deal with having no lights or caugh up the $1,000+ to replace it. I would recommend a used unit, but if it's out of an 03-04, it'll eventually go out on you again. Good luck.

Like he said, see the dealer. Even if its out of warranty, or no HondaCare,
we still replace several with DSM approval. So push the issue, Honda
knows it has a problem.

Had same radio lighting prob, my Honda dealer replaced the circuit board free of charge at 92,000 miles. Honda is aware and has extended the warranty for this particular problem to 100,000 miles.
