Default Maintenance Light Question

Okay, so i've just finished doing an oil change on my 2005 Honda Accord EX 5spd auto., and my maintenance light is still on and I don't know how to reset it. Do I have to take it to the dealer to get that done or can I do it out of my own home? Your response is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.

p.s. I tried looking for instructions in the owner's manual, but couldn't find any for them.

A simple search in your owner's manual would have provided you with the answer too!

It appears as though he already looked in his owners manual. Eventhough he didn't find it, he did look. Calm down young grasshoppa'olong:

I think in my manual its in the section when replacing your air filter etc....
I never noticed if my oil change triggers the maintenance required light. Normally to me its when i need to change the air filter.

...it doesn't mean anything, it just comes on every 7500 or whatever miles. I took the light bulb out.
