I don't know if it's the one with the red cover on it, but I know it's marked on the terminals.

yea the red is positive and u can use anything to take off the connector. BUT b4 u do that remember to have ur security code handy once u reset it to use ur stereo if u have the factory one.

i heard ppl said disconnect the negative, instead of positive. and according the the manual, negative is always the last to be connected.

to reset the ecu, just disconnect the negative.

fyi, you always have to remove the negative before you try to remove the positive. if you try to remove the positive while the negative is still connected, it'll throw blue sparks 4' in the air and scare the $#!+ out of you.

Well I bought it used off of a friend, so I got a great deal, I think I paid like 350 for it.
