this doesnt really have anything to do with accords, but if i post it in DIY, i doubt anyone really looks at that. okay, i bought Dupli-Color Acrylic Enamel. the guy at kragen said its clear coat when i do my interior. when i use it after ive primered and painted, i put on the clear coat. but it comes out whitish and with lots of little tiny bubbles! anyone know why? or is this not clear coat?
