i have one of my 95 just slide each end on then put the screw threw the end (take off factory lip) then the bars u put under the lipbolt um on then pull the lip tight and bolt it somewhere on your existing bumper...thats how i did it

I installed a rear lip on my bumper.

there are paper templates on where to DRILL HOLES. Be really careful, triple check everything, start with a small bit, and work your way up.

You can STOP short of the 8 or 10mm hole needed. It'll just make it tighter.

When drillling, use a fast speed dremmel to start a pilot hole. If you go slow, you might spiderweb the paint.

i have the mugen style rear lip on my 02 sedan and had no problems putting it on
I used 3M tape and its holding. No screws needed. Also, I didnt run into any problems with it fitting.
Did you get it from ebay too?

yeah, i got it on ebay. when i try to put on the rear lip, like, the sides that you drill onto the back bumper wont fit. you have to really really stretch it. theres like a 1 centimeter gap. ive tried to force it on, but it ripped so i stopped trying.

the problem with ebay stuff is that theres no quality control for generic stuff.
